*Assessments will be closed to all parents.

*Girls will only be assessed the days they are present. If your daughter makes only one day of the assessment, that information will be used to determine team placement. Attendance is required at one of the two assessments to be considered for A team placement. It is recommended that your daughter attend both sessions, in case she has an off day, but we also understand that there are circumstances that only allow attendance at one of the nights. If your daughter is not able to make it to one of the nights, please let us know via email.

Who We Are

The Brookfield Central Junior Lancers Volleyball Club is open to girls who are entering grades 5 through 8 in fall and who plan to attend Brookfield Central High School.


The club seeks to field two teams of 11 players each per grade. The 6th, 7th, and 8th grade teams are A/B, while 5th grade teams are mixed skill levels. "A" team and "B" team rosters will be determined after the first two weeks of practice.


The goals of the club are as follows:

  • To promote and develop volleyball players for the Brookfield Central High School program,
  • To focus on the development of fundamental volleyball skills,
  • To provide a positive learning and growth experience in a competitive environment for members of the club,
  • To proudly represent Brookfield Central and the Brookfield Central Junior Lancers Volleyball Club, and
  • To encourage sportsmanship and teamwork while providing a fun and positive experience for the members of the club.

Our Mission: The Brookfield Central Jr. Volleyball Club is a 501(c)(3), not-for-profit organization. Our purpose is to provide education, training, and organized sporting events in the areas of volleyball, sportsmanship, citizenship, and personal development of the girls in the Elmbrook School District who will attend Brookfield Central High School.
